December 1-31, 2025

We had a day of snow! The poodles loved playing in the snow for over an hour.

Our holidays have been full of cuddles and play time with the 4 of us. This was Savanna’s first winter holiday. She loves all her new presents and shares them with Sierra. Our warmer weather than “normal” has been disappointing since we love the snow storms in Taos, but we are learning to cope with clear skies. Being together in our family is everything. Lots of Plans for the coming year!

Sierra’s colors has always been purple and Savanna’s colors are lavender/lilac.

Sierra and Savanna. Not only do these sound the same, but both are the names of places and both invoke nature. Sierra means mountain range and Savanna means a large, grassy plain, so it’s fun that they’re opposites as well.
